Scottsdale Sensations ~ Stacey York and Mayitza Fredrick We, the faculty, staff and administration, would like to nominate Stacey York and Mayitza Fredrick as Scottsdale Sensations. Stacey and Mayitza are the first grade teachers in our new Foreign Language Immersion Program. They have single handedly made this program something that our teachers, parents and entire District is proud of! Stacey and Mayitza are both veteran teachers who still continue to work each day — starting early in the morning and working until the last cars in the parking lot have left. They not only have defined collaboration with each other and within their grade level, but they have worked tirelessly as ambassadors of the Foreign Language Program. Their flexibility is also commendable as there are always tours of parents walking through their room. This program would not be what it is without them. Through all of this, they have never ceased being truly passionate professionals! We are so lucky to have them! Nominated by ~ Pueblo Elementary School Benefits Open Enrollment April 14 – May 2 All benefited employees are required to complete elections online using iVisions even if not making any changes to current elections.
